Writing is discovery, healing, revolutionary.

Here's where you can find some of my ramblings - on being a nonbinary queer person navigating the planet,  explorations of grief, loss, and healing, adventures as a former cancer patient in the broken healthcare system, stories from my healthcare clowning, middle grade fiction, caregiving for my Mom, and whatever weirdo stuff floats in my noggin at the moment.

I'm Mal. My pronouns are Mal or They/Them. I'm a queer nonbinary human, who performs, writes, acts, speaks out, and uses humor and play in my work as a healthcare clown. Humor, presence, social justice and kindness are my tools to build connection and awareness. As an activist, I use my art to collaborate in shaping a better world that celebrates all beings.
